  • understand and cope with or overcome serious developmental or learning problems
  • make lifestyle changes to help reduce health risk factors
  • return to work after a leave of absence or prevent relapse
  • treat stress related health conditions
  • cope during crises such as illness, divorce, financial loss, or the death of a loved one
  • make career or employment changes, and prevent burnout
  • cope with the consequences of trauma, disabilities, accidents, or medical conditions
  • increase self-esteem, energy, time/emotional balance, and a sense of "aliveness"
  • develop effective social-communication skills

These services are for individuals from infancy through the elder years, as well as, couples and families.

Dr. Croft has a particular interest in paediatric mental health, marriage counselling, mood problems and crisis intervention.

 

Please note: Telephone counselling services can be used to supplement office-based services, especially for rural clients.
