- cope during crises such as illness, divorce, financial loss, or the death of a loved one
- make career or employment changes, and prevent burnout
- cope with the consequences of trauma, disabilities, accidents, or medical conditions
- increase self-esteem, energy, time/emotional balance, and a sense of "aliveness"
- develop effective social-communication skills
These services are for individuals from infancy through the elder years, as well as, couples and families.
Dr. Croft has a particular interest in paediatric mental health, marriage counselling, mood problems and crisis intervention.
